Shipping Policy For Online, Shopping Service And In-Store Purchases
Merchandise and gift cards can be shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States. At this time, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or any off-shore U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
For orders placed online that contain merchandise or a combination of merchandise and gift cards, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped. Then you will be able to track your order on the carrier's website by entering the tracking number provided in the email.
On occasion, merchandise orders from our site will be filled and shipped from multiple fulfillment sites. If this occurs, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation. Due to alcohol content, federal air safety regulations prevent the shipment of cosmetics via airmail. Therefore, only Standard Shipping is available on these items.
Items marked as “Special Handling” require an extra fee to ship because they are overweight and/or oversized.
Any purchase over $59.00 is eligible for free ground shipping while purchases over $1,000 are eligible for complimentary express shipping with insurance and signature confirmation. No code is necessary for either options, just choose free shipping at check out.
Gift Wrap And Boxes
Gift Wrap and/or Gift Boxes are not available at this time.
Small Package Shipments: Under most circumstances, orders will leave our fulfillment center within two business days of order confirmation. All orders are subject to credit approval. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you via email.
Special Handling Shipments: Items marked as “Special Handling” require special handling because they are overweight and/or oversized. Under most circumstances, these orders will leave our fulfillment center within 5 business days of order confirmation. All orders are subject to credit approval.

For most purchases, including merchandise or merchandise and gift cards, expect delivery within 3 to 7 working days from date of order confirmation.

Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please be sure to provide the correct and complete mailing address for your order. Include the full street name, apartment number, and zip code. If the mailing address is incorrect or incomplete your order will be either delayed or returned to Cosmosnewyork.com. If an order is returned, the customer is responsible for all cost associated with reshipment. Cosmosnewyork.com policy is to attempt to contact the purchaser for three business days to resolve delivery problems or if delivery was refused. After three business days, such items will be regarded as returned and eligible for refund subject to the conditions mentioned in our refund policy. A refund will not be processed until the item is received by cosmosnewyork.com.
